By downloading, installing, or using Vid Downloader (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

Vid Downloader provides utility tools including video downloading, status saving, video wallpaper, secure gallery, video to MP3 conversion, hashtag generator, direct chat tools, WhatsApp cleaner, and phone cleaning features.

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content saved, downloaded, or accessed complies with applicable copyright laws, platform policies, and local regulations.

3. Content Responsibility

Vid Downloader does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. All downloads and media processing are initiated by the user and remain stored locally on the user's device.

We are not responsible for how users utilize downloaded content or any misuse of third-party material.

Vid Downloader is an independent utility application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other third-party platform or service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob. Interaction with advertisements may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those external providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bitknob Innovation shall not be held responsible for data loss, device issues, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if it is used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or Google Play policies.
